Surely Jimmy will learn from Athens Link to comment

Don_Corleone
Expecting a pasting from a team from Cyprus - what a time to be alive. Hopefully an improved performance, tighter at the back, try and hit on the counter attack. 5311 probably the way to go - Armstrong, Shinnie and Polvara midfield, Karlsson and Lazetic ahead of them. Parklife
Looking a little deeper in to Larnaca's form... - their win vs Alkmaar is conditioned by the fact AZ were down to 10 men after just 2 minutes. Although they definitely took full advantage and appear to have dominated the game - their win vs Palace seems a bit fortunate. Palace dominated, had far more shots, possession, corners, etc. Although it appears they did defend well and didn't give away many easy chances, while they were clinical with the pretty much only one they had. - their league form is okay but not fantastic. They're currently in 5th spot after 8 games. That having been said, I expect a comfortable defeat: AEK Larnaca 3-0 Aberdeen 1 Link to comment

Ted_Maul
Given they've beaten AZ and Crystal Palace, can't see us getting a result. Just hope we don't fold up like a tent similar to AEK Athens and that it is a bit more competitive. 3-0 AEK Larnaca. Link to comment

I'm not so sure the cut off will be as high as 7pts this season. Hacken currently sit 24th on 2 points. But regardless given our fixtures it will be very difficult for us to qualify unless we put in a couple of amazing performances. Link to comment

JPTwentyTwo
Love being in Europe but can’t help but think that going into Thursday we should also have eyes on the league match v Motherwell. Not to be negative but that surely has to be the priority. Four out of five league wins if we can get the 3 points there. So I would say rest Nicky, The Hair, Karlsson and Lazetic and start Dorrington, Clarkson, Palaversa and Nisbet. Link to comment

muttonhumper
Moderately excited for this one. Hearing some shit in the pub that AEK cunts are up for a scrap. My belief, is that this is probably shite. If it is, then for sure they would target the Meeting Pub. Great pub, we drunk it dry in 2017, but I'll be taking folk on a different route. Let's see. Link to comment
