That's my Saturday evening set; binge watch the last 5 Cobra Kai episodes with my kids, then when they're in bed Yellowstone is now on Pedoflix.

Watched the first 2 of the final instalment on Friday night. Will aim to get the last 3 watched tonight.

I've finally got around to watching Yellowstone this week. Not bad so far, I'm into S2, but it's strange seeing Kevin Costner play a bad guy. It's a far cry from his old chiselled good guy roles.

Just getting to the final few episodes of Series 5 (final series I think). I've really enjoyed it.

Every single person on the show is an absolute prick, with the possible exception of the simpleton Jimmy.

I've just finished the latest series on Netflix, and in the last series, they did a lot of boring montages of horses dancing about in the rodeo ring.

I'll probably watch the final series, only in the hope that there is a shootout and they all get killed.

That's what stood out for me, i didn't know who i was supposed to root for. The characters speak about John Dutton with reverence, but he's as big a piece of shit as any in the show. Kayce's about as close as there is to a good guy, but you'd be happy enough for them all to get wiped out.

Aye, Jimmy was the only redeemable character in all of that. Maybe Kayce at a push.

Agree, Dutton isn't even an anti-hero, but somehow the show kept me coming back, as its almost universally negative portrayal of the characters - and subsequently a total lack of hero to watch out for - make it almost unique on TV. I've finished the first 4 on Netflix and will watch the 5th when it drops.

I'll be checking out 1883 in the meantime.

Watching series 3 of The Outlaws.

Usually avoid any BBC output like the plague, but this is tolerable because its quite funny and Rhianne Barreto is gorgeous.

"Stop leaving out those bowls of vegetable crisps"

"That's pot pourri!"

edit - the cast in general is very good, also featuring Christopher Walken and Stephen Merchant.

Watched Adolescence on Netflix.  What a load of overacted pish.

Watched the first episode and not sure what to make of it yet. One of those Harlan Coban style plots where there are layers of back story and people withholding information until asked etc.

Had to resort to putting subtitles on at points to make out what was being said, the scene in the school was particularly annoying to watch.

When i got to the end i thought.... is that it?  could of been wrapped up in 90 mins imo.  Some good acting for sure but also some major overacting and some poor acting resembling blocks of wood.
