Could have retired a lot richer if he wasn’t so lazy. His ability and pace with a bit more hunger and effort and he’d have been EPL level easy

Buying himself out of his AfC contract on a whim and a promise from the Oldco wasn’t his most astute move either.

Fucking typical of our luck he picks up a long-term injury as he’d probably have got us multi-millions from whatever move he’d have got this summer.

He might still move this summer at the end of the transfer window if his rehab is going well. That would be 4 months treatment, is it still 8 to 9 months for an ACL?

What are the odds for Johnny Hayes to end up at Kilmarnock next season?

He'll be retiring. Only carpet he'll be playing on is at bowls and training youngsters at Cormack

Fantastic bit of scouting, a real hidden gem.

Even weirder when he outright refused to give him game time with us, can’t imagine Killie will need too many HG players for their brief jaunt into Europe next season

Russ Richardson using his extensive player list for DM again. Wee Brucey to Killie would be strange though given DM rarely played him here

Aye so weird that he didn’t play Anderson every week when Cosgrove was scoring 20+ a season.

we are so far away from being in a position to slag McInnes it’s unreal.

bottom 6 two out of 3 seasons since he left. Spared relegation with just 3 games to go this season.

meanwhile he takes over a championship team and has them 4th and into Europe in under 3 years.

Killie have had 1 decent SPL season under DM being this one just like Cosgrove had one decent season but Anderson never got much time outwith that one

Who said Anderson should have played every week like?

Yes, Killie, the well known Championship side who had barely ever been in the top division, fuck all money compared to Arbroath as well.

He had a couple good eens. Ando wasn’t good enough for the dons. Maybe would be decent enough for killie now. Few years older too.

4th pretty impressive though.

how many seasons were the rangers in the championship? 2. Hibs? 3? Dundee United? 4!

not a good place to be. Which is why they sacked wright. Wouldn’t have fancied it for the dons if we stuck with warno for the season!

I might have read that wrong but Kilmarnock was in the top division for 28 seasons before their recent relegation and are not a championship club at all.

hearts, hibs, Dundee Utd, Huns have spent longer out of it in the last 30 years than them.

They weren’t a championship team when they were in the championship?

the desperation to put down anything done by anyone on this forum is incredible.

there is always a but. Quite simply not impressed by anything EVER.

They were, but got out quite quick given the transfer budget compared to the likes of Hibs, hearts etc, at the time some Kilmarnock fans down here were wanting shot of McInnes, obviously I was shouting them down saying they were lucky to have a manager of his quality in the championship and now here we are.

no I completely agree, incredible job he has done with what he has compared to the other bigger teams that have fucked it, us included.

expect them to be middling (9-6) in the SPL in the forthcoming seasons again.

Moving on from the verbal arse licking some of you regularly give McInnes (seriously, get over it!)........Mason Hancock crossed for the Airdrie equaliser tonight.

Probably would have been better keeping him than signing McGarry.

Anderson is 6 inches too short and 6 stone too light to be a striker for McInnes.

If it's between Killie and Dundee he's heading to Tayside.

McInnes did seem to go through a period where he favoured tall, blonde strikers.

Possibly a fetish.

Nah

It's jealousy

Mcinnes clearly more handsome, successful and wealthy than those on here who slag him

Cosgrove missing out in the end to Bolton. Mason Hancock did well for Airdrie again tonight on the left. Always felt he deserved a chance before Mackenzie but injury on loan at Arbroath seemed to end that after promising performances at start of 2022-23 season for us
