Maybe they allow it to go to chance sometimes & allow someone they know nobody would believe would fix the draw for them & when chance pays off for them & Sutton does draw them at home it's win win for them.They get yet another home draw (this time through chance) with the added benefit of the orcs (& people like you) being able to deny that any of the previous fixed draws were fixed. Quite clever really. That's how I see it. Fix the ones they need the most, then take a BIG 50/50 chance on the 'guest' ones that already have the 'debunk' built in. Link to comment
