CityCentre
If going ahead with the grand opening on Oct 31st then sounds like we are confident this phase of the project will be completing before too long (ie this year) Seven weeks to go, and we;ll finally be a semi-functional professional outfit in a training sense anyway. Chewie37
'I still prefer Murray park'That jokes got no legs....... Did The Rangers stump up to buy it? I feel we’ve never got to the crutch of the matter...... Murray was terrible at running Rangers in Europe, couldn’t hold on over two legs...... Yeah, think I’ve killed that 1 1 Link to comment

Kiriakov33
The pitches look great but pretty underwhelmed by the building I will reserve judgement until completed but looked pretty basic. Don’t seem to get much for 12 million these days. Folk on here will have a far better idea than me but what would the breakdown of costs be for a training ground ?? 1milliion for the pro pitch 500k each for 2x 3G pitches ???Even if 500k for other 3 pitches then would still leave 8.5million for the buildings.. again , I am clueless and complete guesswork but that building doesn’t look like 6-8million worth.. TheRock
How much would the land cost? Or is that separate to the £12m? And if it is included in the £12m, presumably that also would cover the cost of purchasing the land for phase 2 as well? Link to comment
Guest milne_afc
Think @@Panda said half a mil for the land after he softsoaped Dod Yule Link to comment
V for Vendetta
It does look really fucking basic doesn't it. But then again I don't think 12m does really go that far tbh. Having said that I've been to the Hibs facility and it's absolutely shite compared to our new one. Half of the Hibs one appears to be old cow sheds with a few five a side pitches jammed in. It's a fucking shambles. So.. I suppose by Scottish Football standards this will be pretty good. Link to comment

Sure it was pointed out many times including by myself that everything looked small. Those rooms are tiny and look like prison cell windows. The gym is 1/3 the size of any health club.
