I'd be surprised if the lad makes it at SPL level - not sure what division Sunderland and Blackburn are in because I've no interest in English football, but if he gets a move to one of them he'll be doing well. Don't see him getting much game time here so he's probably as well moving on. I see McInnes linked with the WBA job again in todays' BBC Gossip column - always thought that if he goes to a club like that he'll raid us for a couple of players... Ferguson, McCrorie being two of the prime candidates, and maybe the likes of Lewis (hopefully) and Hedges (unfortunately). Link to comment

Tord31
If Ethan Ross has the chance to move to the english championship he'd be stupid not to take it. It's more likely to guarantee a long career in full time football than signing for the Dons would. Link to comment
Torry Tosser
McGrath being linked to Plymouth Argyle. Link to comment

It would be interesting to see how he gets on, and I would hope he would do well, despite the negative press it might result in AFC getting from the gutter Wegia. 3 Link to comment

He ultimately did a good job which tapered off drastically the last few seasons but I too would be interested to see how it worked out. Link to comment

Indeed, when you look at the amount of rejects that do the manager conveyor belt in England, it's amazing how negative we are about any manager from Scotland. Link to comment

thegodfuzzy
Don't know anything about Teddy Jenks. Just glad there's a player of a younger generation being brought in...someone who can run hopefully as well as play! I would hazard a guess and say McGrath is gone if this goes through. Kinda loaded in midfield surely with this deal...if it goes through. Unless Ferguson is on way out as we suspect. Sounds promising from those posting. Be interesting if the so called Irvine deal is also gone on this. Any chat on a left back? McKenzie cannae be the only bonafide left full back we're having? In the name of the wee man he cannae be planning on playing Considine there. Still a load of positions needing filled really eh. Here's hoping he gets who he wants. Link to comment
North_Andy_Dandy
I wonder if the boy Kyle Macaulay has had any influence on this move? Link to comment

Brighton fans don't believe we will be able to get a buy clause inserted. Will feel a bit disappointed if we don't have a buy clause now. At least it covers us if he's the real deal. Going by the chat and his potential id guess the buy clause would break our record transfer of 1m as he seems to be very highly thought of. A midfielder with attacking intent is exactly what we need. 1 Link to comment
