The Gee Man
He’s injured so moot point about playing, to earn his corn he can coach at least on the training ground Link to comment
Alex Ferguson
Brown is great at pointing to others telling them where to position themselves. Paul Hartley MkII. Should be able to do that from the touchline. Link to comment
strachanmcgheegoal
His playing party piece was moving supposedly out of position taking two markers with him. As you say he then just pointed to his team mates to fill the gap he created. Link to comment
Byrne Baby Byrne
Think everyone is quite rightly just a bit fed up but Brown hasnt been crap and he's definitely been better than Paul Hartley was 7 Link to comment
jamiesd
If Brown was not playing earlier in the season we'd be in more trouble than we are. 1 Link to comment

alscotoz
We could do with him on the pitch until the end of the season...if his head's in the right place. Test of his professionalism Link to comment
RED_JOHN
Who will be at Aberdeen longer…Scott Brown or Jim Goodwin? I say Scott Brown. Link to comment
Yorston Vasey
Brown will get coaching offers in the summer.. could well be someone that Shaun Maloney looks at to get the fans onside. Link to comment
The Gee Man
Unnecessary distraction at moment! JG would have been better to leave him helping till end of season when Brown will likely depart for a championship gig Link to comment
Byrne Baby Byrne
Brown will be out the door. Cant imagine his pal getting sacked and being replaced by someone he came directly up against regularly and was nowhere near as good as him has gone down well.... will be a sore one for his ego being bossed about by that aggresive prick from St Mirren haha Link to comment

Goodwin has a small window of opportunity to impose his authority on the squad and staff and initial first impressions are vital. If he doesn't want Brown to be part of his backroom staff then he should act now, not let any doubts fester til summer. Link to comment

With Goodwin wanting to take the team at short notice without any real time to discuss things, it would have been better to set the stance that Goodwin was in charge and not have any discrepencies. Now they've had a week, tomorrows game will be interesting to see where Brown is. Link to comment

He’s not going to win in a “Battle with Broonie “ it’s a pointless distraction, he’s injured will be away in June, concentrating on the squad is JG’s immediate task and getting us into European football. The next month or so will be questions from reporters about brown’s position. As I say and stick with pointless distraction Link to comment

Do you not think Brown was discussed before he took the job? Would have absolutely been one of the main topics of conversation. Brown will do what he's told. Link to comment
