Stovies is just another form of soup/stew (however you look at it)

Soups or stews in any region in the planet was created to make sure no waste from food sources that you had were wasted, all soups and stews are slightly different in regions due to wealth/produce produced in that area/passed down recipes from family, etc.

none are wrong, but folk will get snippy if the recipe is proven it’s originally from a certain region, which in this case it’s a northern dish.(Angus,Aberdeenshire)

none are wrong however, as long as the original idea is used to stop food waste, use what’s locally available to you.

911, the 'Pearl Harbor Event' that was used to justify the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan didn't make the US look weak, it made the US look like the victim. It also got something like 90% of the American population on board with taking military action against whoever the government decided was culpable. 

Without a massive terror attack, the Republican government was never going to garner the public support or the votes to just invade the Middle East to secure resources. 

Far from making the US look weak, PNAC believed the massive military response would make America look powerful. 

The fact that 'ISIS' were super-polite and waited for the results of the election (87% pro Putin) is a massive red flag. Terrorists, we're expected to believe, waited for Putin to be re-elected before attacking Moscow, knowing that Putin will, like the US, plan on making a massive attack on the 'culprits' in order to emphasise how strong he is?

Usually ISIS aren't that cooperative. 

Putin just admitted Russia is in a real war, and he's going to be most likely implementing mass conscription. This gives him a rock solid reason to do so, and to escalate his actions against whoever he decides he wants the culprit to be.

Russia has already been at war with the Ukraine for 2 years,  they don't need to create a false flag. What would be their motive to blame it on ISIS?

I don't think Putin did blame ISIS, I think he's implying it was Ukraine. The 'terrorists', according to Putin were in a car with a Ukrainian plate... kinda like terrorists flying with indestructable passports for easy identification... and heading towards Ukraine when they were apprehended. 

Every time Putin implements new draconian measures or launches a conscription drive he becomes more unpopular (the 87% popularity thing might not actually be accurate), and word is he's looking to draft 500,000 more Russians into the military. That's going to be quite unpopular to say the least. 

He may have something else up his sleeve, and almost certainly does. but the imminent draft is the obvious.

Bits of it are a big swindle. The Pentagon attack I believe was completely bogus. The Twin Towers not so much. However it could easily have been Bush and co that organised it. Unlikely but possible.
