I’ve just made a pot using a roast chicken carcass for the stock accompanied with celery, carrots, brocolli, cauliflower and onions. That aside, my favourite is probably brocolli and Stilton or chicken broth. Thai soups are also ace but ye need to be in the mood for them Ken. Link to comment
