We all make mistakes. But when he started talking about I've never lost goals like this, and they this and them that he opened up a bigger hole in the bottom of the boat. Confidence is everything and if someone with a reputation like Warnock is telling you your shit then you might believe them - as Henry Ford said whether you believe you can or whether you believe you can't - you're right. I think Lennon has the status, experience and passion to pick these guys off the floor.
