We can definitely get a few results from that but suspect our lack of a top striker will see us relegated.

A2 and to a slightly lesser extent A4 would have seen us take some serious horsings. We've definitely landed slightly lucky with who we've drawn. There's definitely a chance we could finish ahead of Poland

Especially if Lewandowski retires after the Euros, as rumoured.  Talking of potential retirees, surely Modric will go as well, then you have to wonder if Croatia aren't beatable. 

Not going to be easy this, it never was going to be, but we can be cautiously optimistic.  

Either way it'll be an interesting experience following a newly-promoted top division side.  Can't imagine we'll ever experience that with the Dons.

Bottom team gets relegated, second bottom goes into a relegation play off. Top two go into a knockout to win the whole thing.

In the lower leagues (lol) the top team gets promoted and the second placed team goes into a playoff (with the team finishing second bottom of the higher league). Southgate doesn't fancy a playoff. And given that one of France, Italy and Belgium will be in that playoff, it's not hard to see why.

They were gash in the Euro qualifiers, Moldova beat them. Watched that match, Poland were comical clown shoes.

Croatia aren't the machine team they once were, not a scary side to me. Love them as a nation, great players, though.

Aim for 8 points. Aim not to lose a match.
