I am not talking about attendances I am talking about fan base and number of supporters, stop ruining my fun and we would not be 5th.

I saw some study online that had a list of the best supported clubs in the UK. We were 4th in Scotland, just behind Hearts but well ahead of Hibs who were 5th.

 

If only I could find the link again.

Think we'd be closer to Hibs than Hearts now if we were 4th. I am being a miserable *******d today, but I could never see us packing out Pittodrie like Hearts managed a few years back (before they started paying for their season tickets then not turning up). Hibs seem to have a regularly large crowd, and get quite a few sellouts as well. Guess we've got a fairly spread out support though.

Doesn't matter how many people say they support a team, it's how many turn up for the games so Hibs and Hearts have a bigger support than Aberdeen.

Does that include away support chaos because if so I do beleive some brown smelly stuff just exited your mouth.

You can't just judge the size of clubs on home attendances alone. Yes, obviously they'll play a part, along with away support, I'd say support outwith the city, history (trophies won) etc. so I'd say we're 3rd biggest no question.
