Dennis Wise On His Way To Newcastle

What and Wise see's this as a bigger job than the manager of Leeds United? Wise has went down in my estimations on this one, very poor decision.

Is a bit of a strange one; I would have thought a fighter like Wise would have relished staying at Leeds to haul them up the leagues.

They are top of the league if you add on the 15 points they got taken off them and have the top scorer in the league so it would seem to me they would go up and Leeds are a big club with a really big fan base, easily a 40,000 a week club.

You'd think when they get promoted even after that big deduction, it wouldn't be long until they were banging on the Premiership door again. It can only be down to money.

Wise has NO clue from what ive heard. Poyet was the man with the plan. Thats why Ramos was so determind to get him to Spurs. Compensation for him was nearly 1 million. Apparently he sorted the whole club from the very bottom right up to 1st team affairs.

Mate is a Leeds fan and hes raging. I said if they want a new manager then wed be willing to listen to any offers.

But Wise didn't do too badly at Millwall.

I could believe that. Their results have slipped a bit since Poyet left.

As for Leeds fans, I saw a few on SSN last night, and didn;t see one that was sorry to see him go, I thought that was very weird?

Think he can thank tim cahill for giving him a decent season and a cup final to boot.

Is that the only decent Millwall player you can remember from that season?

(And Wise was player/manager. It was Ray Wilkins who was the sh*t one in that management team)

I fail to see how a c@ck like Dennis Wise can ever be up in anyones estimations!!!

He was an excellent player who you would rather have in your team than play against, and his management record so far has been good. He might be a horrible little prick sometimes, but as a professional he was/is good at what he does.

"He's only five foot four

He'll break your frigging jaw

Oh Wiseeeeee

Uh oh oh oh......

Oh Wiseeeee.........."

(That won't scan quite right unless you're down South I suppose :dontknow:)

I'm pretty sure Calumn Davidson would not agree with you.

"who you would rather have in your team" ... that part

Fair point. :hysterical: But surely Davidson must take most of the blame in that incident for (1) beating Wise at cards and (2) being asleep in bed when Wise smacked him.

The whole Davidson/Wise incident and him taking Leicester to court over his 'sacking' is why I hate the little pwick!

It was unbelievable, the court thing. Can you imagine breaking a colleague's jaw, then suing the company? Nuts.
