Hiddink has already stated that he will not be joining Chelsea in the summer, He extended his contract with Russia till 2010 and has made it very clear he wants to finish his career as an international manager.

 

Also, Hiddink honours contracts.

 

However, Berbatov will be away, His contract talks have collapsed with Spurs. IMO he could very well end up an Man Utd as a replacement for sick note Saha.

Thing is, Arsenal must spend big this Summer whether Wenger likes it or not. They've spent very little on players in recent years, but what's the point in being the "nearly team" when with two or three World class players, they could be winning the league etc. It wouldn't take too much, as they have the nucleus of a very very good footballing squad. Another even closer 3 way tussle may well be on the cards for next season.

Thing is, they're not that far away this year, and much of Man Utd great season has hinged around one player.
