Should auld acquaintance be forgot,

And never brought to mind?

Should auld acquaintance be forgot,

And auld lang syne?

CHORUS:

For auld lang syne, my dear,

For auld lang syne,

We'll tak a cup of kindness yet,

For auld lang syne!

And surely ye'll be your pint-stowp,

And surely I'll be mine,

And we'll tak a cup o kindness yet,

For auld lang syne!

We twa hae run about the braes,

And pou'd the gowans fine,

But we've wander'd monie a weary fit,

Sin auld lang syne.

We twa hae paidl'd in the burn

Frae morning sun till dine,

But seas between us braid hae roar'd

Sin auld lang syne.

And there's a hand my trusty fiere,

And gie's a hand o thine,

And we'll tak a right guid-willie waught,

For auld lang syne

Good start.

Doh, a deer, a female deer,

Ray, a drop of golden sun,

Me, a name I call myself,

Fah, a long, long, way to run,

Soh, a needle puling thread,

Lah, a note to follow soh,

Tee, a drink with jam and bread

And that brings us back to doh, oh, oh, oh...

Then repeat until you cannot sing any more

You can keep yer total football and yer windmills and yer clogs

And stick yer edam up yer arse, cause scottish cheddar rocks

The red light district will be fun, i'll whizz round on ma bike

Just so you cannae catch me...

With ma finger in a dyke

Heedrum Ho... Heedrum Hey ... We're going to Africa

We hammered you in oslo, kenny miller scored a brace

Yer donkey-like defenders couldnae match him for his pace

We'll score with the norwegian burds,we surely canney fail

I just remembered last time.....

When I think I saved a whale

Heedrum Ho... Heedrum Hey ... We're going to Africa

You've never seen the likes of us in macedonia

A bunch of hairy arsed scotsmen fae caledonia

You got your independence but you'll never feel really free

Til you've lifted up yer kilt...

When you're bursting for a pee

Heedrum Ho... Heedrum Hey ... We're going to Africa

And so again to reykjavik, the land of fire and ice

We're here for deep fried puffin, served with broon sauce, awfy nice

At five quid for a pint of beer, my thirst just may diminish

But just like magnus magnusson...

I've started so I'll finish

Heedrum Ho... Heedrum Hey ... We're going to Africa

With faddy, fletch and fergie we can make it to capetown

In goals we've craigie gordon and in midfield scotty brown

We've proved that we can beat the best, that much we have shown

South Africa will hear the noise...

When we're coming down the road

Heedrum Ho... Heedrum Hey ... We're going to Africa

Heedrum Ho... Heedrum Hey ... We're going to Africa

Steven Fletcher has been called up. Presumably because Kenny(Miller)Gump has a hamstring prob.

fingers crossed Kenny Miller does a Lee McCulloch and refuses to play for the forseeable future.

useless twat.

O' Flower of Scotland,

When will we see,

Your like again,

That fought and died for,

Your wee bit Hill and Glen,

And stood against him,

King Edward's Army,

And sent him homeward,

Tae think again.

The hills are bare now,

And autumn leaves lie thick and still,

O'er land that is lost now,

Which those so dearly held,

And stood against him,

Proud Edward's Army,

And sent him homeward,

Tae think again.

Those days are past now,

And in the past

They must remain,

But we can still rise now,

And be the nation again,

That stood against him,

Proud Edward's Army,

And sent him homeward,

Tae think again.

I have heard the mavis singing

His love song to the morn

I have seen the dew drop clinging

To the rose just newly born

But a sweeter song has cheered me

At the evening's gentle close

And I've seen an eye still brighter

Than the dew drop on the rose

'Twas thy voice my gentle Mary

And thine artless, winning smile

That made this world an Eden

Bonnie Mary of Argyle.

Tho' thy voice may lose its sweetness

And thine eye its brightness too

Tho' thy step may lack its fleetness

And thy hair its sunny hue

Still to me wilt thou be dearer

Than all the world shall own

I have loved thee for thy beauty

But not for that alone

I have sought thy heart, dear Mary

And its goodness was the wile

That has made thee mine forever

Bonnie Mary of Argyle.

Best Scottish folk song of all time... FACT.

Although Miller rarely scores for Scotland, he is always working his arse off to get the ball in the right place. Plus 11 goals in 39 appearances is not that awfull. However, I think we need a natural goal scorer (e.g. Kris Boyd) upfront with McFadden. I must admit that I'm glad to see the back of McCulloch never rated him and was flabbergasted when he signed for Rangers.

O ye'll tak' the high road and I'll tak' the low road

And I'll be in Scotland afore ye

But me and my true love will never meet again

On the bonnie, bonnie banks o' Loch Lomond

By yon bonnie banks and by yon bonnie shore

On the steep, steep side o' Ben Lomond

Where in deep purple hue, the hieland hills we view

And the moon comin' out in the gloamin'

Twas there that we parted in yon shady glen

On the steep, steep side o Ben Lomond

Where in deep purple hue, the hieland hills we view

And the moon comin' out in the gloamin'

The wee birdies sing and the wild flowers spring

And in sunshine the waters are sleeping

But the broken heart, we'll never meet again

On the bonnie, bonnie banks o' Loch Lomond

Come on Scotland!! :blink::dontknow:
