MoInMaryhill
He could be arguing constructive dismissal; as noone actually knows what happened, we don't know whether he has a case. I share the bewilderment about a third coming though. It's time to move on. Though not to Joe Kinnear. Link to comment

robbo
probably. he could tattoo "I hate NUFC" on his arse and hoist himself up a flagpole for everyone to see and you know theyd still say ashley and wise drove him to it. Link to comment
archiemacdougal
He took over on the agreement that he had total control of team affairs; Dennis Wise sure f@cked that agreement up. Who surely will be out on his arse if and when their takeover is completed. Link to comment

I remember covering this under the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 during my college days. Link to comment

I remember covering this under the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 during my college days. Can't see why it should be any different in England. NUFC will be a legal entity in their own right, whoever was/is/becomes the owners. Keegan is hardly pursuing the best course of action to ingratiate his memory with the fans. He's got three years to raise an action. Why now? Should wait. Link to comment
