Booking 1 - his 1st foul of a game, pretty innocuousBooking 2 - clearly trying to catch the ball, not punch it in as he was winning the header. Ref has been terrible for both teams, made a rod for his own back by booking Rafael for flinging the ball in the air and has had to do the same to Ireland when in no way were either worth bookings.
