Very strange and random. Actually I'd say Craig as No 2 is more strange, thought he'd of gone for an assistant with knowledge of the Belgian league.

Yea, guess he went with a guy he has worked with in the past. According to the Wiki page Charleroi is in the French speaking region of Belgium so language shouldn't be an issue for Collins.
