Newcastle United

Recommended Posts

Me and the girlfriend heading down to Newcastle for a weekend away in April, thought it would be an idea to go to a Newcastle match while I was there, even if they are complete pish at the mo. Noticed they are at home to Portsmouth on the Saturday, has anyone here ever gone? How easy is it to get tickets, I take it buying at the gate is a non starter.

What stand is the best to go for etc.

Any replys appreciated.

Ring 0844 372 1892 Even if you're not a member you should get a couple of tickets no problem, unless its a really big game.

(Just noticed you said Portsmouth....so should be no worries getting in)

Was down for a lash up a few years ago when they were still good and it just so happened the huns were playing them in a pre season friendly. We sat behind the goals it was an alright view but would probably be better going for one of the stands at either side of the ground. Worth going to though.

ON THE SUBJECT OF NEWCASTLE UNITED

It would appear someone may be leaving the club.......apparently Shay Given is off to Man City. It was said on Radio Newcastle this morning that he won't be starting in goals for Newcastle as he's on the verge of completing a move to the team Newcastle are playing........
