Given the amount of pressure and attention he's received, throughout his career, he's always held himself with utmost dignity. The argument about him deserving the number of caps he currently holds, when I've heard it aired, has always related to whether his recent substitute appearances should count, rather than whether he was actually good enough.... but that's an arguement for another day. In my opinion caps should continue to be awarded for substitute appearance - I don't have a problem. Link to comment

Probably the best double header in the CL to date, simply class football and cracking goals, Yorke and Cole, what a strike pairing. Beckham has done so much for football in general and wouldn't be a bad role model for most kids compared to the likes of Gazza/Best and so on. Link to comment
