Dandyjam
Couldn't of fancied it since he was their 9th taker! I'd imagine he'll retire now since he'll be 36 next month. Link to comment
NorthernLights24
Awesome play-off final - Scunthorpe v Millwall. "Big team" Leeds and plastic fantastic MK Dons stuck in League One for another year Link to comment

Scunthorpe have a population of about 70,000. With so many other decent teams not too far away, it must be tough for them to get even a few thousand. Saying that, they'll no doubt take 25k plus to wembley. Link to comment

He reckons Scunny are just an example of an exceptionally well run club. They never invest in the play staff, (sticking to scouring the lower leagues for talent) even when they we're promoted to the championship last time - which eventually cost them relegation, as the chairman refuses to risk putting them in any financial difficulty. No heirs and graces about the club or the supporters, they accept they've been punching above their weight for the past five years or so and are just enjoying the ride! Really hope they get promoted again. Proper club with proper supporters. Link to comment

They have the 20th best attendance in England this season, impressive for a 3rd tier side Link to comment
