NorthernLights24
After watching a stream of the Inverness v Falkirk game the next match that is being shown is Wolfsburg v Werder. Its the final weekend in the Bundesliga which has probably been the most unpredictable in Europe in terms of who would win the title. They have just scored the opening goal and its in their hands now. Link to comment

German football is a funny thing though, at the start of the season if anyone was asked who would win the Bundesliga many people would say Bayern Munich,Stuttgart,Werder Bremen or Schalke 04 etc. Like Hoffenheim, Wolfsburg have came out of nowhere and shown that they are a big force in German football and that they are on the up. Congratulations to Wolfsburg if they win the Bundesliga today. Link to comment

Coopy100
Good on them. Felix Magathe is something like manager, director of football and a couple of other jobs. One of the first things he did when he took them over was get a huge hill built so he could have the players run up it. Quality. Link to comment

"perhaps most significantly, Magath's teams are famed for finishing the season strongly. He has called his training regime "brutal", and has even had a hill built at the training ground - one side sloped with Astroturf, another cut with 50cm steps - to push players to the limit." f**k building a new training complex... just engineer the broadhill to Magath specifications. NorthernLights24
Wolfsburg are 5-1 up with just minutes to go. Think the title is in the bag for them! Link to comment
Jocky Balboa
I wish our league was as competitive as the German one. Link to comment

Exactly what we need - shame he'll be out of our league - but build the hill! Kerr can start shifting the dirt. Delighted they've beaten the German huns (if that tautology is permitted) Link to comment

Guest SS RED
I wish our league was as competitive as the German one. Same, they may not be challenging for the champs league but my do they have amazing stadiums and amazing supports and some exciting games and it seems fairly competitive. Link to comment
