Gordon Lennon died in an accident near Inverness on Sunday. The 26-year-old led his side to promotion to Division Two at the end of last season. The club's website states: "Dumbarton Football Club regret to announce the death of Gordon Lennon following a tragic accident." The club said it would be issuing a statement in due course.
