I don't but remember him wearing the number 3 shirt a few times so maybe that's where the confusion lies. Remember Connor filling in at LB on occasion, usually when we'd a few injuries.

Willie Falconer played at left back for a couple of months anyway - I think he replaced David Robertson when he was injured, And he actually kept Robertson out of the team for a bit.

If I recall correctly David Robertson was recalled for a Scottish cup match against Dundee United. Must have been about 1988.
