Was higgins cleared of wrong doing in the end or not? I never really kept up with that story?

 

Cleared by an 'independent tribunal' - basically just a set up to keep him in the sport. He is obviously the best player and the sport needs him, but it is sickening to see him still cheered on by so many, they have just accepted him as a cheat.
