In 1872 the Welsh invented the condom, using a length of sheep's intestine.

However, in 1873 the English somewhat refined the idea by taking the intestine out of the sheep first.

 

 

The government today, announced that it's changing its emblem from a union jack to a CONDOM, because it more accurately reflects the government's political stance. A condom allows for inflation, halts production, destroys the next generation, protects a bunch of ****s, and gives you a sense of security while you're actually being screwed. It just doesn't get more accurate than that!
