More Signings Yet

I was speaking to a friend of Jim Leighton's today and he said that the signing of our new keeper was our top priority and that Craig is now after a skillfull striker that will get bums out of seats!! He also expects a loan signing or 2 nearer the end of deadline day when premier clubs know there 25 man squads.

So this sounds very encouraging and hopefully a fullback can be one of these loans mentioned eh?

Would expect as much yes. Think that would also assume we retain all our current players as if move any on would prob be doing more business on top of that

Now this would make me happy & this is about all I was realistically expecting/wanting & would be enough for me to decide to renew again.

Save the loans for LB or LM but sign our own good striker :thumbs:

I too read that Uchechi was a talented player but I think M Brown places much importance on a player as a person and this guy is a tit apparently.

 

I like that the Gaffer won't sign arseholes ben if they have ability, augurs well.

I would like 1-2 more signings before TDD. An attacker and a left winger or left back.

I think we will get a 'flair' striker in the next 2 weeks and then hopefully a left winger before the window closes

Will def have to wait until prem season has started or week b4. SPL starting early means nobody's squad will be complete.

 

First 2-3 games won't neccesssrily reflect out first 11 for the season.

I'd say a Striker and a Left back must be priorities in the next week or 2 with a winger on loan before the window finally shuts.
