Dandyjam Posted July 21, 2011 Share Posted July 21, 2011 On checking this out, I notice the team that finished 2nd in the Romanian top flight, Timisoara, (and had initially qualified for a place in Champions League qualifiers) were demoted to the 2nd tier because of their high level of debt.
