In fairness Rangers had a goal that was hard to tell if it was offside or not ruled out and had a decent penalty claim turned down. Caley down to ten men unortunately as it was never a foul. Unlucky for the boy but accidental or not he still clipped him. I'd certainly have been claiming for it. Commentator (Walker I think) just said Craig Broon didn't like the same player taking two pens in the same game. I bet a former Argentina manager wishes he never let Palermo on the pens too!
