King Street Loon
I think it's about time people started getting in about this William Walton gadgie. A sustained terror attack of ring and run.Milk bottles on his door handle and running after ringing bell. And a brown bag full of feaces(human/animal) on fire on his doorstep. Again ring his doorbell and run. Link to comment

Admin Bebo Posted September 1, 2011 Admin Share Posted September 1, 2011 Road should have been built in the 1970s. During the height of the oil boom? Nah min, that would have been deemed far too sensible, practicle, and with some degree of foresight required. Link to comment
Ke1t
There must have been a fair amount of cash gone through Aberdeen since the oil boom started. What exactly have consecutive councils done to improve the infrastructure of the city? In fact, is there even a functioning public toilet in Aberdeen? Link to comment

The GLA was the man for hanging about toilets. Victoria PArk one's to be precise. There are mobile toilets in the street now.... 4 to a toilet. I'll gee them that. Only drawback about them is it's quite conspicuous when you're boring a peep hole through in preparation for a bit of how's your father. Link to comment

I dinna live in Aberdeen, and have never been au fait with public lavvies even when I did. Ask ByeneBergen, who openly stated that he and his pals used to take to the bogs to pull each ither off during Dundee's depressing collapse into administration to try and forget about it all for at least 180 seconds. spamspamspam
maybe our legal eagle big man can say... I wonder if there is a way to counter their appeal. Sew them for something privately, maybe disrupting the city or some other way to cost them even more filthy. Not sure if their legal fees are still capped but there is no way they should be now. They lost and they are taking the decision to fight on. Link to comment

That's perfectly possible im afraid, it looks like it will be a pretty complex appeal. They have to be granted leave to appeal however (which they havent been given yet) and they'll ask for their legal costs to be capped (which the court might not do this time). maybe our legal eagle big man can say... The best outcome would be if William Walton (the roadsense top chief) was declared a vexatious litigant which means he would restricted from bringing futher actions. That won't happen though. I don't agree with them, but legally from what i've read their appeal appears to have some merit (its argueable at least). Link to comment

I can appreciate a persons democratic right to appeal but this now seems to be pissing money away on something that only a few oppose. Link to comment
