Unbelievable. Seems like the whole country didn't know it was head to head. The TV company declared they had qualified as soon as the full time whistle went. The BBC had live text updates on the website yesterday and when they said Niger had qualified there were some angry text messages from South Africa saying the BBC should check the rules.
