He has actually introduced a fair bit of change during his tenure, mostly for the better, and he has some very good ideas about how he wants football to change in the future. The main issue is that football is so political, he can't just introduce the changes he wants. Ultimately he needs to toe the line for a while if he is going to succeed Blatter, and then real change might be forthcoming. Link to comment
