A little investigation revealed that since I paid my last bill I have sent 2 picture messages and had 3 voicemails at an extra cost of 65p , 2 x 20p for picture messages and 3 x 12p for voicemails! I know this adds up to 75p but this was how it was broken down for me my the poor guy at the t-mobile end who , being furrin , struggled to explain the situation almost as much as he struggled with the language. The point is that I never sent ANY picture messages and never used , accessed or recorded any voicemails , voicemailing and picture messaging is something I never do ! I smell s h i t e ! In fact , I've been smelling it since I started on contracts. Link to comment

E-P-K Posted December 19, 2011 Share Posted December 19, 2011 Also costs 1 minute of your allowance, or 1 minute of call charges if you call someone, and they have no network and it goes to voicemail, even if you reject the call after 1 second, they still charge you for 1 minute. Transferred through 5 different departments on Friday, both UK and Indian call centres, with 3 of the calls transferred through cold, with no notes left on the account, so have to go through DPA, and of course the long winded problem multiple times, and problem is still not resolved. I think he was meaning about the charges, BT charge by the second, although there is a setup cost for the call, which seems fair enough. He can't possibly have been meaning they aren't useless cunts... My latest dealings with them have probably been the most frustrating of my professional life.
