ROBBIE75
How were the two previous received?Where there any close to the bone questions or was it a nicey nice affair? The broch q/a was piss poor, old craig thought he was at a sportsman dinner and kept wanting to tell stories rather than answer questions fully.liverpool game was on in background and he was watching that more than concentrate on what was being said around them.went on a couple of hours but nothing new really came from it.duncan fraser fairly answered anything that came his way quite clearly(in between old craig butting in to tell anothere story about archie/golf or some other topic nothing to do with question that was asked). Mikeyboy1903
Taken from ad-mad ..... Credit goes to RedRebel. In a nutshell there was just over an hour of questions. For a footballer, Josh spoke very well.A few things we're asked which have been discussed on here for example why there was no consultation with the fans concerning the new stadium. Duncan Fraser emphasised that the club had no option about moving to cove and stated that there was no consultation as they knew the majority would be against it.Contrary to what I thought, they tell us that the majority of our fan base come fromthe north of the city.Willie millers role was again questioned and the panel to a man agreed he is doing power of work with the youth set up.On the subject of youth, by the sound of it, the Grimmer situation was notdone entirely above board and wee jack seems to have followed his agents advice and gone against all sensible advice fromthe club the worrying thing is that Fraser Fyvie uses tha same agent.Transfer news Rory McAllister did have an opportunity to come for a weeks trial but jim weir his then manager refused but AFC don't think he would succeed at SPL level.Derek Riordhan won't ever be at AFC while Brown is there due to his off field vices and same goes for Leigh Griffiths.Ryan jack signed a new contract with AFC as it was only us he wanted to play for and Ryan Fraser signed On without concerning himself with the wages as all he wants to do is play for AFC .We had 2 trialists up last week but nothing to report on them.Nothing further on arnason contract talks but Duncan Fraser did say that in the process of taking guys on loan involved a degree of the club beleiving they would be able to sign them properly at the end of the loan if they were out of contract.Unfortunately we had no time for many other questions but chris Gavin did say that they are quite prepared totake these roadshows throughout the region and would happily attend any supporters clubs who invited them. All in all an enjoyable night and good pr for the club. Redstar
He sees Aberdeen games on the highlights - he's one of those 'know it all' fans you see. Never sees how they play properly, but he will know everything. He's a fucking Hun anyways. Link to comment

No attempt to sell the merits, just baton down the hatchets and hope folk don't complain to loudly Link to comment

Stoney
Thinks its blatantly obvious why the board have picked that area, they are moist at the fact that this ground will be the first thing you see on the "gateway" to aberdeen. Lets not let facts like its outwith walking distance for 99.1% of the fans and will take most match going fans two buses to get there or the fact that its miles away from the nearest train station, at least it will look bonny and thats whats really important. Lets be honest, they have seen what bayern munichs stadium is like and said to themselves thats what we want. Biggest mistake the club will make moving the stadium to that site. But at least it will be nice and handy for the thousands of aberdeen fans coming from..................Cove. Link to comment

It could have been built at the links and saying Cove was the only option is pure and utter horse shit. Aberdeen council very craftily planted a shit load of trees at the links proposed site to rule it out. Carve up from top to bottom. Link to comment
