RUL
What time is it and who are folk hoping to get? Tough draw regardless but prefer home draw and really hope to avoid Celtic! Think stjohmstone/hearts would be my preference Link to comment
Sandafc
Hopefully we will be in the draw in the first place (well we will be but you know what I mean)... Although think we will beat QOTS down there. Id take a home tie against anyone bar Celtic. Link to comment

wilm1542
Anyone at home apart from Celtic. I almost hope that we don't get lower league opposition in the next round (if we win the replay) as we seem to make a complete meal out of those games. Reckon we'll scrape the replay 1-0 in nervy fashion playing our usual shit smelling brand of football. Link to comment
rossafc92
I think it's best to avoid any talk of who we want in the next round given that we're not there yet. That attitude seems tempts fate with us. Link to comment
scoutman70
I think the worst tie we could get is Ross County away. Yet St Mirren away would be a better proposition despite them being the SPL opposition. You can argue that if we want to win the cup, we want celtic at home. Otherwise we are relying on someone else beating them or us beating them at Hampden. Link to comment
StandFree1982
I would take Celtic away as it means we actually didn't Fuck up our replay v QOTS Link to comment

OddJob
Tbh as much as the Huns have been utter ding today, the credit has to go to Utd for going there and getting a result like that, so imo i'd want to avoid them too. Link to comment

Think stjohmstone/hearts would be my preference Huns away for me. Oh hud on. Celtic at home then. Last chance to get a kind of fair chance at beating them. If we get them at the semi or the final they will have more fans, technically a home game and a bias ref to name just three. At least at Pittodrie we'd have a sort of level playing field. Tord31
History would suggest this is the kind of day we see the cup opening up for us with a favourable draw........ and then you know what happens next. Link to comment

King Street Loon
Celtic-United at Tannadice would be he ideal draw for the whole tournament.Would open the whole draw up should United win. I just want to get past the replay first.Have my doubts about that. Link to comment
Henry
European places for 2012/13Scotland's position in the UEFA rankings at the end of 2010/11 was 15th, meaning that five clubs will qualify for European competitions next season: ~ The 2011/12 champions and runners-up enter the Champions League in the third qualifying round. ~ This season's Scottish Cup winners enter the Europa League in qualifying round four (play-offs). ~ The third-placed club in the SPL go into the Europa League third qualifying round. ~ The fourth-placed club in the SPL go into the Europa League second qualifying round. ~ If the Scottish Cup winners have qualified for the Champions League, then the SPL third-placed club enters at QR4, the fourth-placed club enters in QR3 and the cup runners-up enter in QR2. ~ If the Scottish Cup winners and runners-up have both qualified for the Champions League then the fifth-placed club in the SPL qualify for Europe, going into the Europa League at QR2. http://www.scotprem.com/content/default.asp?page=s2&newsid=10503 Link to comment

strachanmcgheegoal
Celtic best avoided although I take the point that if it has to be then Todders now is the place to get them (assuming QOTS ya de ya). Regrettably tie will be too far away from the Old Firm game for it to be a distraction for them and the final will presumably come one week after they do the flag thing, not great - but f*ck I would still love the opportunity! Don't fancy Dingwall, Tannadice or Fir Park although it was funny to hear the jute guy on Sportscene saying they would take anyone preferably away due to their home form! Tynecastle would be the usual hit or miss affair, cracking atmosphere right enough. Prediction (or guess) Celtic v CountyUtd v Dandies (which we take on the replay obviously)MWell v HibsFalkirk v fa'ever's left If Davies drops the hot ball maybe swap County and Mwell, but still at Celtic Park, obviously!
