Celtic Game

Early doors I know but just read the below on the BBC gossip column...

Celtic trio Emilio Izaguirre, Ki Sung-Yueng and Victor Wanyama are likely to miss next weekend's early kick off at Aberdeen due to their midweek international commitments. (Various)

And Celtic boss Neil Lennon is unhappy with the TV scheduling that has thrown up a lunchtime start on a week when he will have up to 15 players away on international duty. (Daily Express)

2 hours 15 minutes really make that much of a difference?!

He's a moaning cunt for the sake of it. FFS he's got a massive squad to choose from and they're almost champions again so why he feels the need to say that is ridiculous.

Doesnt really matter if they are missing, they have a big enough squad to pick 3 different elevens.

They've also managed to get the tie switched from Pittodrie to Celtic Park according to Brown's interview today.

"We'll likely do something daft and beat Celtic and Motherwell in our next two," Brown said. :suicide:

"It's not likely :suicide: but that's how this league works, that's how we've operated this season. We've won games which were unexpected and struggled when we've been expected to win the game. We don't thrive on expectation, unfortunately.

"It's frustrating for I and (assistant boss) Archie Knox to watch; watching the chances getting created and not getting the three points that will propel us up the league.

"I'm not saying we expect to come to Paisley and win, but there is an expectation because we are on an unbeaten run, and we are failing to fulfil the desire of the fans.''

Brown also bemoaned a lengthy injury list that has cut the amount of first-team players available for selection.

Stephen Hughes was the latest to join those needing the treatment room, as his hamstring injury forced him out of today's encounter. Brown is keeping his fingers crossed that Aberdeen will soon discover some luck in that department.

Brown added: "Hopefully we'll go to Celtic Park and have one or two of the injured players fit. :suicide: We've got a very good squad and a lot in the treatment room.

He's away with the fucking fairies.

Can't think of anything less appealing than getting down to Pittodrie for 11.50, find somewhere to park, sit in a sparse and silent Aberdeen support, listen to the Celtic fans having a party and get beat 2-0.

TV for me (on mute).

I have tickets for this game but I am 50-50 on whether to even bother with it. Celtic will more than likely walk the game.

I used to be a fan of early kick offs but not anymore.

I think i hate this lot even more than the blue tinks at the moment, must be something to do with that craggy ginger pikey fvcker.

I'll second that.

Add in their hideous, bigoted support (they cant deny their away support, and in particular, the Green Brigade are bigoted filth) and then yes they are at least as bad as their other arse cheek pals from Govan)

That all said, Broon will run scared, shut up shop, play Vernon isloated 30 yards from 5 central midfielders, and we'll lose 2-0 with Forster barely getting a glove on a ball.

Progress wont ever be achieved with Brown in charge.

He's done his job - stabilised us.

Time to move on with a younger, more attack-minded manager.
