Admin Bebo Posted March 4, 2012 Admin Share Posted March 4, 2012 I don't think he'll care much. Taking on the role of chelsea manager pretty much guarantees you'll be sacked before time and given a huge pay off Link to comment
Rocky Fister
Funny thing is, they have put Roberto Di Matteo in charge until the end of the season. Surely he was part of the failure too? Link to comment
tightbreeks
chelsea are fucked, with terry, lampard and the rest hanging about, no one with new ideas has a chance. Link to comment
Bluto10
Celsea h joke club with a joke owner. And to think Abramovic basically forced arguably the worlds best manager out the door. What a knob Link to comment

E-P-K
If Mourinho wins La Liga plus / or Chamions League this season with Real, I can see him returning to Chelsea in the summer. Link to comment
minijc
Silly from Chelsea, AVB would have done well next season once he cleared out the deadwood and got in the players he likes, fitter and more able to adapt their game to the way his Porta side played. Link to comment

The Boofon
Premiership huns. Fuck them. They should employ Jimmy Calderwood. Massive budget and happy to play old players instead of youth. The perfect job for the fat orange* bastard. * Colour. Link to comment

RUL
Think he arguably pointed out the problem himself the other day, chelsea don't have the money they did a few years ago, they can't outbid man city/man utd. Link to comment
Scarface
If Mourinho wins La Liga plus / or Chamions League this season with Real, I can see him returning to Chelsea in the summer. Nah can't see Jose going back, reckon Chelsea will go for Benitez as he has a good record in the Champs League (the trophy Abramovich desperatly wants) plus they'll hope he'll get Torres back on form. Mourinho's next move will be to either Man Utd (once Fergie moves upstairs) or Man City. Link to comment
chaos_defrost
Think the payers are to blame. Lampard coming out last week and saying his relationship with AVB wasn't ideal or something along the lines of that. Why's he coming out and saying that to the press? Undermining his manager. Think Chelsea have a core group of players with egos so big like Lampard, Terry, Cole etc that it was always going to be difficult for a young inexperienced manager to manage them. Owner should have backed his manager this time and told the players sulking to get to fuck cause they're past it and the team needs a major overhaul. Link to comment

He wasn't getting a game - and rightly so, as was off form - throws the toys out the pram and thinks he's bigger than the club. Got what he wanted, just like Ferguson did with Le Guen Link to comment

Mourinho's next move will be to either Man Utd (once Fergie moves upstairs) or Man City. I also thought Mourinho was destined for Old Trafford, but with Fergie giving no sign of retiring, and JM apparently looking for a winning exit from Real in the summer, Chelsea would seem the obvious destination as I doubt Spurs would be "big" enough for him if HR was to take the England job. Hiddink would of been another obvious choice for Chelsea but he recently signed a lucrative 18 month contract with Anzhi in Russia. Link to comment
Dynamo
Would Mourinho go back to Inter? Anyway, Torres is averaging 1.6 goals per manager at Chelsea. FACT. Link to comment

"I don't know how long it's going to last now, but if my health holds up I don't see another two or three years would harm me." The priority for the 70-year-old United manager is to retire on a "winning note" rather than a specific date. I'd guess that once he can win one more Champs League then he'll call it a day. Bluto10
if he wins the league i think fergie could walk this season. he has a good nucleus of young players, so i can see him wanting to stay but they might not fulfil their potential whilst he is still there. Link to comment
Bluto10
whats mad is that di matteo is only in on a temporary stay.what the point in that?surely AVB has a better chance of turning in round that RDM does? i though abramovic had finally seen sense, paying loads to get a young coach to oversee the phasing out of old players. hilarious.
