From what I've heard this will involve them joining league 1, this'll be great. Look how much money Liverpool and Man City have spent chasing the EPL/CL dream and they're still behind Man Utd, although City are running them close, will take a minimum of 2 years for Premier League and a good few years before they're even competing for a European slot.

What I should have said was SKY would jump at the chance for Celtic to join the Premiership. Like Celtic or not you cant deny their fanbase is huge and they would bring even more revenue into the English game and into SKY's pockets.

Watched that Sunday Supplement on Skysports this morning and a fair portion of the show was allocated to speaking about this. I was well chuffed with Patrick Barclay (Dundee fan) who shot down the lazy English Journos who predictably said (without having the first clue what they were speaking about obviously) that Scottish football would die without Celtic and Rangers. He pointed out to them that this was not the case and Scotland would have a league like the Scandanavian ones. I always thought he was a prick but he went up in my estimation today.

Ajax, Feyenoord and PSV would want to move to the Bundesliga

 

Porto, Benfica would want to move to La Liga

 

Anderlecht would want to move to Ligue 1
