Was at Pittodrie, nae a real match apparently.

The Dons preparations continued this evening with a training match against Peterhead at Pittodrie. The Dons won 3-1 with the goals coming from Masson, Fallon and McManus. A number of first team players were involved to give them some match action ahead of Saturday.

Hopefully a good sign that Fallon was getting a match under his belt before being picked to partner Vernon on Sat..

Maybe this will put a stop to the madness of some suggesting Mackie is deserving of a seat on the bus to Hampden let alone a starting place!

Does nobody but Peterhead want to play us?

I think it's just logistics and they happen to be the team closest who have a half decent side for their level. Throw in that most of Peterhead's players probably work in and around Aberdeen and it would seem to be the logical opposition for bounce games.

Who is their manager? That might also have something to do with it.

Former nearly kind of ex-Aberdeen player Jim McInally .
