The Oxford Don
Will be quite nervous come kick-off on Saturday, all the more so since I can't actually be there. It's always worse when you're having to watch it on the telly... Link to comment

Stop typing in hieroglyphics. I have to go to a fucking wedding in fucking Cupar in fucking Fife. And no, I'm not happy about it. Link to comment
StevieT1986
A wee bit nervous. More gutted that i'm in the middle of the baltic sea and gonna miss it. Working nights but gonna get up and watch it hopefully but will probably have to fight off all the dickheads watching the liverpool everton game Link to comment
robbo
i wasnt nervous. hadnt really given it a second thought. now that you mention it though....and the idea is in my head, my stomach immediately dropped. so...aye, i am a bit. obviously where i work, its mostly hibees and jambos so so matter what way the game goes, ill be in for it from all angles Link to comment
The Oxford Don
Wedding ring going on the fifth finger then? It's a specially-designed Fifer wedding ring, engineered for those who are webbed of hand. Link to comment
StevieT1986
As mentioned before it's been so tight between the two teams so far this season. Hopefully 1-0 us. If it goes to pens we're fucked. Dont have the bottle for pens the last one i can remember us winning was in teddy scott's testimonial against man u Link to comment

And no, I'm not happy about it. A gunt is that bit of yeuch that hangs over a gutter snipe's hot pants, not quite her gut, and not quite her cunt. So it's a gunt, google it, in fact google image search it, it's there lol. A Gunt (with a capital G) is a smelly paedo harbouring diet hun bastard from Gorgie. Shit having to miss the game for a wedding. Hope it's no huns? Link to comment

Shit having to miss the game for a wedding. Hope it's no huns? Actually in my experience this town is pretty much 50/50 between the Edinburgh teams. There's definitely a Mussie Hibs coach, I've seen them coming back from away games plenty of times, usually with their faces tripping them! Don't worry, I have already made plans to escape the splicing for a few hours and catch the game. Another lad who'll be there is a Hibee and the pair of us have arranged to watch the game in Cupar. So if you hear of violent disturbances in Fife in the early afternoon, that'll probably be us... As for the wedding party themselves, they are pretty much a non-footballing bunch. By my reckoning this slightly increases our chances of being able to slip away incognito for a while to be able to watch the semi, as no-one else will have much of a clue that it's happening. Now the big question; can I pull off a very cheeky doubler and get the semi AND the Grand National...? Link to comment
RUL
I was fine, even considered 40 on hibs to qualify so that even if we got beat I'd make cash out of it. Since then I've swung from total belief in us winning to where I am now, which is my ample stomach collspsing at the mere thought of us losing. Few drinks Friday should sort it out! Link to comment
Stoney
Not nervous at all. We have the best draw we could have hoped for (im sure hibs are saying the same about us) just going to enjoy the day. If we lose unfortunately its come to be expected as we never seem to be able to produce the goods at hamped We have had relatively easy draws (not just semis) and fucked it right up when the pressure is put on us. muttonhumper
Nae nervous at all. We are pish.So...expect/assume/bank on/hope for... nithing. We get beat...ah well. Moderate/less than moderate rather than excruciating disappointment. We win. Bonus. Milky bars are on me. Link to comment
a don in oz
It's weird. I remember the day of "What do you mean we're not in a cup final this year? How silly to suggest such a thing" when nerves before a semi were pretty much an equally strange idea. Now though, I'm shitting it. Think our glorious team will blow it out their arse with something stupid. Link to comment
GK55
Been getting pretty nervous about this, yes. Either a complete failure and back to square one, or put on a decent performance for once - with this team it could go either way - the same probably goes for Hibs too though. At least we go in with a degree of confidence after last weekends result. 2-1 Aberdeen Link to comment
Foster14
I am hoping that F-n-D has no confidence at all, seemed to work a treat last time. Personally, I am nae shitting it yet, but I will be come Saturday morning when I am standing outside Pittodrie at some ungodly hour for a Saturday. Link to comment
Karl Fletcher
Aye, my arse is knitting jumpers tbh Doubt I'll be able to sleep much on Friday. I'll be fine when I'm on the bus on the way doon and there's a bottle of Amaretto inside me :drink: Link to comment
diamondsr4ever
no nereves, Hibs are shit. 2-0 or 3-0.....early goal will kill the game off. I have a very good feeling about Saturday COYR Link to comment
Site Sponsor RTYD Posted April 12, 2012 Site Sponsor Share Posted April 12, 2012 I wasn't until I heard Chris Clark on the radio this morning. He said 'the fans have waited a long time for this and we HOPE we can deliver'. Come on, get the attitude sorted. We WILL do this for the fans, believe you're going to win for fuck sake. NOW IS OUR TIME! If Clark and Mackie were out of the squad I would be happier. Dinna fancy us under Brown so going in hope rather than expectation. Link to comment
Chrisyboy81
If we play like we did on Saturday I think we'll be ok...but with us who knows. So I am quite nervous, it's pretty gutting that I was in Aberdeen last weekend and had to fly back yesterday so I have to watch it on red tv. I suppose a few beers before hand will help with the nerves COYR. Link to comment
bonzodaddy73
Not nervous at all. Pissed off I can't make it,but that's the joy of having kids and living 4 hours away from the weeg. But on a lighter note,me and the bird have a wee bet on. When the Dons win I get a lapdance from her in a cavewoman outfit. If hibs win, well I ain't telling what my punishment is. Link to comment

Scarface
Very relaxed about this one. Seriously think AFC will walk the game comfortably. To draw Hibs in the semi is the easiest route to the final by far, they Link to comment
