I have a real thing about off milk that I feel sick even just picking up a carton of milk that I think is off or even maybe close to it. It doesn't really make sense as I have no sense of smell either...

 

I'd go with the milk as at least I'd have a reason for the follow up chunder, whereas pishing my punts would all be on me...

Sorry...well it does depend on whether the piss is visible through my jeans/trousers! If not, then sure...i'll go with that. If, however, I had to do it wearing thin beige trousers or shorts then I'd most likely take the milk.
