oddly, the article doesn't speak to the effects of cheating on women. possibly they're generally in better physical health, or don't tend to have affairs with significantly younger men in general (if they're much older and not in physically good shape, the chances of attracting a much younger man would be limited, i'd think)? and so don't suffer the same consequences.

If an older bloke pulls a young thing he's going to try uber-hard to, for want of a better expression, fuck her brains out.

 

If an older woman pulls a younger man I would hazard a guess that the reason for this is that she wants her brains fucked out.

my point was more that the younger man is less likely to have to deal with the nasty surprise of a dead body beside him, since he's unlikely to pull an older woman who doesn't look good and isn't in good physical shape. not always the case with older men with a very young bit.
