Music is your peacemaker, so schedule a daily date for a half-hour to listen to your favourite singer or composer. And since movies are the second-best route to calming your soul, cue up something gentle and emotional - nothing too scary or hard-edged. Losing yourself in a novel can also help. Yoga needs to be low-key and not power-driven for best results.

I do indeed take to the novels boss.


I've read three in the last six days.


As for music, it's rare for me to listen to that of an evening, if at all.


Especially not anything gentle and emotional, a bit of rough edged techno is more my cup of tea.
