It would just give coaching staff more information about their players (in real time) which would help them to play/train better, no? How can more, and more accurate, information be a bad thing? In isolation it's not a bad thing, but 'monitoring' your employees to that degree if the idea ever made the progression from sport to the rest of the workforce? "We're just going to hook you up to this wee device to make sure you're not skiving off. And this camera at your desk will allow the boss to monitor how often you step away from your desk. " I'm also not sure as to the value of the results. Compare how much Darren Mackie runs around to the likes of Charlie Nicholas. "Charlie, you only put in 1/10th the effort of Dazzlin Darren, you're oot, he's in." Link to comment
