1. Salmon fillet with ham, cheese, spinach and baby tomato, cooked in greaseproof paper on George Foreman.
   Baby potatoes with olive oil and thyme
   Shredded courgette
   Water (poodler)
2. 1x Crispy Sweet Chili Chicken wrap, deep fried. Like a chimichanga, but even better.

   Chips and Beans on the side. For pudding, i'll have a handful of sports mixture. (tommo)

4. Bacon and Black Pudding toasted baguette, with some tomato sauce.

Just 12 entrants today - perhaps the glory days of #LOTD have been and gone. With #LOTD big guns Boofon and Bad Mobby having a rare off day in joint ninth, Poodler emerged from the mid-card to take the title with a lovely-sounding salmon dish. Dynamo, tommo and Reed or deed were all contenders on a quieter day.

Not on the wind up, I put ham (prosciutto or pancetta) and cheese in nearly all of the paper based melts I do. Spinach and tomatoes too. Easy to do.

Really sorry about that, my boss Henry was obviously a bit pushed yesterday and forgot to add yours in, as a way of apology let me boost you in to second place and move every one else down a spot, you'll make a nice filling to the buns of Mobby and Boofter.
