thedandydon
Dons youngsters played today at Balgownie and ran out 6-0 winners in the end. Goals from Low x2, Rumsby, Brown, O'Neil & Smith. We've definately got a strong youth side this year. Surely one or two will break through into the first team sooner rather than later (Low, Smith?) They're putting our first team to shame so far anyway. Link to comment

stand_free
And this with Ryan Fraser away on international duty, along with a good few others. well done. And McManus their top scorer. Both on the bench for Scotland, thought McManus would get a start with being league top scorer last year but ahwell. Will any of them be getting a game tonight as well? Know the keeper Rodgers is on the bench. Link to comment

I'd seriously consider McManus up front with Vernon next weekend as the boys bound to be brimming with confidence, especially if he has a good game and bags a goal with Scotland. Link to comment
Tord31
Aye considering we have 2 with the Scotland U19s, 2 with the Scotland U21s, 2 of the better prospects injured and many having to play tonight (so might have went easy) thats a bloody damn good result. Link to comment

Not really the Broon way though. He'll probably go with Magennis and play 4-4-2Or maybe 4-3-3 again with Hayes & Fraser either side of Vernon Link to comment

MURRA
we say these boys will get a game soon, but for me mcmanus should be getting some appearances of sorts. look at tony watt got on for cetic last season scored a couple and tonight he was in the u21 squad and mcmanus beat him last season (u20s) in the goals table.
