Dandyesque
My prediction; The game will be dull as fuck - it is St Johnstone we are playing after all... Link to comment
King Street Loon
Another game I'll miss. Made more frustrating is the fact that I'll be in Perth on the Saturday. Heading to the Racing for a day out.The local pub is running a bus down. Dons to win 2 nil.If we can score against a shadow Man Utd squad in a friendly we can score against this lot and our defence is tighter than a ducks arse.....apart from Clangers. Link to comment

sooth_stander
Brown is off by the looks of it. Anyone know if Rogers is any good? Interesting. That will be why Brown (manager) was so annoyed with himself on the RedTv interview yesterday for not giving Rogers game time v Man U on tue night. Brown (goalie) must have picked up an injury when away with the Taffs. Or he's off. Shirley the manager would have lined up a replacement first if he has punted Brown, tho. Link to comment

muttonhumper
0-0 possession 52-48 home side. 5 shots on targetSounds nae a bad game that.I'd take it.As lang as at least one o' the shots wis for us. Link to comment
strachanmcgheegoal
The above with knobs on. Just to be clear our one shot on goal will be after 86 minutes when we realise the game is there for the taking and will be of the scuffed trundler variety. Actually I've just sussed Broon's season strategy as I typed that. What the game, just like County, really needs is an early goal either way to open it up. So what does he do? Plays Langfield of course. I can see clearly now the.....dum de dum Link to comment
Red Army Matthew
Anyone know how many tickets we have sold for this?I was in the pittodrie ticket office on thursday lunchtime and the woman told me we had sold 1000 but had sent a lot of tickets back down to st johnstone because aberdeen would be unable to post them as they wouldnt arrive on time. Still hoping for a good crowd even though the perth races are on. COYR Link to comment
ebbe
pretty simple soccer, play milsom and pawlett we'll win. don't and a 0-0 draw is the best we can hope for. rogers osbourne anderson considine naismith pawlett jack milsom fraser vernon hayes Link to comment

Stoneybloke
If the top 6 is a realistic target we MUST avoid defeat in these types of games. A win would be a bonus, but Brown's tactics with one up front make that unlikely. Link to comment
Foster14
Last minute decision to head down. Lovely day for it, hope the Dons do the business! Link to comment

sheepiekev
Osbourne back in to midfield with Jack at full back. Fraser up front with Vernon. I'd guess it would be 4-3-3Fraser & Hayes either side of Vernon. And Jack & Osborne could swap positions too. Link to comment
Sonoftherock
Great to hear that Fraser's been given the nod. Good luck to the lad! Unlike Craig Brown to trust in the youngsters... so he must be good! Link to comment
