I was born 26th August 1975 and I didn't even realise that the premier leagues first ever games were on the Saturday after I was born, pity we lost, and conceded the first ever premier league goal, but great question

Born 27-5-61, first match after this was on 12-8-61 a 2-1 win over Dunfermline (away) in Group 2 of the League Cup.

First game I attended however was on 7-12-68 when we lost 2-6 at home to Hibernian, Martin Buchan scored that day and it didn't happen very often.
