Anyone see the programme on telly the other night - 9/11 The Woman who Wasn't There

 

Some wifie who made up a massive story that she was a survivor of the twin towers, escaping from the 98th floor on 9/11, started up a survivors network group which grew to a couple of thousand members.

 

Turned out to be a total hoax, she wisna even there.

 

Absolutely extraordinary the lengths some people will go to to try and get some attention or a feeling of belonging.

...but technically she IS a survivor of 911. All she really lied about was her location.
