The McCanns. They fucked up big style and they're paying a big price. Not as big a price as their dead daughter obviously but I don't see that jailing them is going to prove valuable to their rehab. They certainly won't be making that mistake again without needing to be incarcerated. Shocking affair. Horrible people.

Write that on a t-shirt and you would get locked up.

A guy has been jailed for 4 months for wearing a t-shirt with a (homemade) slogan on it.

Jesus arseholing fucking Christ... 4 months in pokey for expressing his opinion?

You can be imprisoned for simply annoying the cops?

Are there no Freedom of Speech laws in Britain?

Plenty wrong with the U.S, but the ACLU would have been over that like a fat kid on a hamburger, and rightly so.

Here's one for you Kelt.

A man has been taken to court for trying to feed sausage rolls to police horses.

Francis Kelly is accused of giving the pastries to the animals, actions that saw him being arrested.

Prosecutors allege he behaved in a "threatening or abusive manner" by attempting to feed the horses a spiced-pork pastry snack.

The 41-year-old will now stand trial 2013 in a type of case rarely seen in Scottish courts.

The incident is said to have taken place in Pollokshaws Road, Glasgow, on September 26.

The breach of the peace accusation also claims Kelly "adopted an aggressive stance" towards the officers in charge of the horses when told to put the sausage rolls away.

It is not known how Kelly, of the city's Govanhill, initially came into contact with the horses.

He denies the charge against him and will return to Glasgow's Justice of the Peace court next February for trial.

He was unavailable for comment regarding the bizarre claims, but a source close to the case said he would be fighting the charge.

The insider added: "His view is simply that he thought the horses looked hungry, daft as that sounds."

You would think that anyone with a halfway decent lawyer would not only be acquitted, but could potentially sue the cops for harassment, or whatever unlawful arrest laws there are.

"Giving pastries to animals" is an actual criminal offence, is it?

Toby Smith, 4, was arrested after Giving Bread Products to Ducks.
